Red Feather Trail Jamboree
Red Feather Trail Jamboree is a three-day trail running weekend near Red Feather Lakes, Colorado, hosted at the Ben Delatour Scout Ranch and surrounding National Forest. The event features three main races: 50-mile (≈8,500 ft gain), 50K (≈4,200 ft gain), and Half Marathon (≈1,700 ft gain), plus a 3-Day Challenge for runners tackling multiple distances. Courses are predominantly singletrack (70-80%) with some dirt roads, weaving through moose-heavy forests, fields, streams and rocky terrain at elevations roughly 7,350–10,828 ft.
Facilities include campgrounds, cabins, a dining hall, and on-site showers, plus post-race meals. Shorter distances have no mid-course cut-offs; the 50-mile has a 16-hour limit with a 4:30 cut-off at Granite Ridge. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
