The Resolution Run takes place on Saturday, January 3, 2026 in La Center, Washington. It is the 4th Annual edition and serves as a fundraiser for the La Center High School Volleyball program. The event offers in-person and virtual distance options:
- 5K Run / Walk
- 10K Run / Walk
- Virtual 5K Run / Walk
Entry fees listed on the event page are $61 for the 5K, $78 for the 10K, and $40 for the Virtual 5K. In-person entry fees increase after December 28, 2025. Virtual registration closes January 3, 2026 at 11:59pm PST.
Course and race logistics
The event starts and finishes at La Center High School (725 NE Highland Rd, La Center, WA). The 5K uses one loop from the school; the 10K follows a slightly different course. The course includes trails and pathways described as scenic. After the race there is an all-you-can-eat pancake and sausage breakfast offered in the school cafeteria for a $10 donation to the volleyball program. An awards ceremony is provided for the overall top three finishers and age group winners.
The race has a no-refund policy. Transfers or deferrals are allowed up to 10 days before the event for a $20 fee. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
