Ridge Runner 5k

Ridge Runner 5k & 1 Mile Fun Run takes place at Big Ridge State Park in Maynardville, Tennessee. The event offers a 5K Run/Walk on a scenic trail course (3.1 miles) and a 1 Mile Fun Run on an asphalt path. Proceeds support the YMCA Knoxville’s health, wellness, and education programs for school-age kids.

Preregistration fees are $30 for the 5K ($35 race day) and $15 for the 1 Mile ($20 race day). T-shirts are guaranteed for early registrants; medals go to the top three in each age group, and ribbons to all 1 Mile participants. Numbers are picked up on-site 45 minutes before start.
