River Cities Triathlon

The River Cities Triathlon takes place at Cypress Black Bayou Park in Benton, Louisiana. This event features a sprint-distance course with an 880-yard swim in Cypress Lake, an 18.2-mile bike ride around the lake, and a 5K run entirely within the park. The race offers various divisions including Invitational, Age Group, Athena, Clydesdale, as well as 2- and 3-person relay teams.
