The River Road Run takes place on January 10, 2026 in Comfort, Texas, at Comfort Park / Comfort Community Park. It is the first race in the Texas Hill Country Half Marathon Series (Race 1 of 4). The event offers multiple course options and virtual entries.

Logistics and rules
Packet pickup is available at Alamo Brewery the day before the race and at the start line on race day. Course maps and route links are provided by the organizer. Registration fees vary by sub-event; posted examples include the half marathon and 10 miler around $110–$114 and 10k and 5k entries around $50–$62, with lower fees for virtual options.
Awards are given 1st to 4th in the half, 10k and 5k using five-year age increments. Age categories begin at 14 and under, include 15-20 and 21-24, then five-year bands from 25-29 up to 90+. Overall awards (open, masters, super masters) are based on gun time; age-group awards are based on chip time. A 50% discount applies automatically for participants 16 and younger and for those 70 and older; combining additional discount codes is not allowed.
