Rock and Run 5K

The Rock and Run 5K is an exciting inaugural running event scheduled for August 9, 2025, in Athens, Georgia. Participants can choose between a traditional 5K race and a virtual option, allowing runners to complete the distance at their convenience. Proceeds from the event will benefit local organizations, including the Athens Tech Foundation, VFW #2872 & Auxiliary, and the Athens Area Humane Society.
