Rock and Run for the Rescue 10K

Rock and Run for the Rescue 10K/5K/1-Mile Dog Jog takes place in North Port, Florida, featuring three races: 5K, 10K, and a 1-Mile Dog Jog to benefit Rescue Garage. Proceeds support the Rescue Garage's mission. The new location starts and finishes inside Myakkahatchee Creek Environmental Park.

The course travels from the park along gravel and grass paths, then proceeds on paved roads beside Big Slough Canal and Reisterstown Road. After the race, participants can enjoy post-race food, raffle prizes, and collectible swag. Awards include top 3 overall for 5K and 10K and age-group medals.
