Rock Out Cancer Rockin' 5K

The 2025 Rock Out Cancer Rockin' 5K is an annual run/walk event held in Midwest City, Oklahoma, benefiting the OU Stephenson Cancer Center. Participants can enjoy a 5-kilometer course starting near Regional Park at SE 15th St and Century Blvd. The event encourages runners to dress as their favorite rockstars, with prizes awarded for the top three finishers and best costume.

After the race, festivities continue at The Landing Zone with live music from eight bands, a silent auction, and food.
