Event overview
The 2026 Rosaryville Ramble takes place on February 22, 2026 at Rosaryville State Park in Upper Marlboro, Maryland (7805 W Marlton Ave). Distances offered:
- 5k
- 10k
- Half-marathon
Points from the event count toward the Year-Long 5k, 10k, Endurance, and Back of the Pack Series, and toward the Winter Series. The race benefits the Rosaryville Conservancy. A virtual race option is available. There is a daily park entry fee for Rosaryville State Park; participants are responsible for this fee.
Course, logistics and services
The course starts on paved/gravel roads and includes scenic single-track trail sections with rolling hills. The 10k consists of two laps of the 5k course. The event is chip timed; finishers receive a medal and a technical DriFit event shirt. T-shirt sizes are guaranteed for registrations completed before February 11; additional shirts are available after that date on a first-come, first-served basis.
Water and fueling: three water stations on the 10k at about miles 1, 3.1 and 4.1; one water station on the 5k at about mile 1. Gatorade will be available at some stations. Restrooms are onsite. Packet pickup is available at the event and race day registration is possible. Registration fees (early and later rates): 5k $30 then $35; 10k $45 then $50; Half $65 then $70. Prices increase by $5 on race morning.
Awards and results: top 3 men and women overall, plus 1st and 2nd in standard age groups; top 3 overall are not eligible for age-group awards. Live results will be posted on Athlinks and final results with series points will be posted the Monday after the race. Parking is available at the park; the event location is also given by lat/long 38.780445, -76.812378. Photos taken by staff will be posted after the event.
