Rotary Club of Westerville Independence Day 5K

The Rotary Club of Westerville Independence Day 5K is a festive running event held annually at the Westerville Sports Complex in Ohio. The race features a 5K walk/run, a Kids Fun Run for ages 11 and under, and a special 5K for veterans, active duty military, and first responders. The course runs on paved multipurpose trails through the Sports Complex, under Cleveland Avenue, past the Westerville Community Center, down to Heritage Park, and back to the finish line near the Veterans Memorial Plaza.

Participants receive event T-shirts, medals, and other goodies. The race supports local veterans and first responder organizations and is part of a full day of July 4th celebrations in Westerville. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
