The Rubik's Cube race is set for Saturday, April 25, 2026 in Denton, TX at North Lakes Park, 2001 W. Windsor Rd. The event is the organizer's second annual running of 5K, 10K, and 15K distances and also includes a Kid's Dash, a new 1 Mile option, and a Virtual Option. Course configuration: the 10K is two laps of the 5K course and the 15K is three laps of the same 5K route. Finisher medals in a cube design are provided for the 5K, 10K, 15K, and 1 Mile events.

The 1 Mile is an untimed event and has no age group awards. Age group awards and overall awards are offered for the 5K, 10K, and 15K, with age groups awarded four deep across standard male and female divisions and additional overall and masters categories. Participation includes an event-themed shirt; registering by 04/11 guarantees shirt size. Awards will be distributed at the event and will not be shipped. The organizer, Run Different, donates 25% of profits and 100% of donations to Autism Speaks. Volunteers receive a code for a free race entry.
