About the race
Run Day in Springdale is a community event at The Leaning Cask Brewing Company, 850 Pittsburgh Street. Attendees choose between a pre-routed 5K (3.1 miles) and a 1-mile dash, with turning-arrow markings guiding participants through Springdale. Check-in is in the brewery’s rear lot, and the starting line is on Lincoln Road, with parking in the back lot.
The event emphasizes fitness and camaraderie over competition, allowing running, walking, or biking. Special features include appearances by Appalachian Running Co and Altra Running, a post-race free pint for 21+, and a Black & Gold Run + Watch football tie-in with early doors for Steelers game viewing.
