Run For 21

Run For 21 is a charitable running event held in St. Louis, Missouri, supporting the Down Syndrome Association of Greater St. Louis.

Scheduled for June 8, 2025, the event features a 3.21-mile timed run—symbolizing the third copy of the 21st chromosome—with both in-person and virtual participation options. The race starts and finishes at the Upper Muny Parking Lot in Forest Park, coinciding with the association’s largest annual celebration, Step Up for Down Syndrome. Participants receive a race shirt, finisher medal, and entry to a pancake breakfast and the celebration.
