The Run for ALD, Cure the Boys is the 9th annual charity 5K run and 1 mile walk organized by Knockout ALD to raise funds for adrenoleukodystrophy (ALD) research at the University of Minnesota Leukodystrophy Center. The in-person event is scheduled for November 22, 2025, at Creve Coeur Park - Tremayne Shelter in Maryland Heights, MO, near St. Louis. A virtual participation option is offered for both distances.

Packet pickup is available the day before the event (November 21) at the organizer’s address in Chesterfield, MO, and on event morning at Tremayne Shelter. Awards are given for the in-person 5K: top three male and top three female overall, and medals for the top three in specified age groups.
