The Run For The Diamonds is an annual Thanksgiving Day 9-mile road race held in Berwick, Pennsylvania. The 2025 edition takes place on Thursday, November 27, 2025, with the event base at the Elks Lodge, 117 West 2nd Street, Berwick, PA 18603. The race began in 1908 and was cancelled only in 1918 and 1919. The first 1,200 entrants will receive a t-shirt. A course record award is listed at $3,000. The event will follow state and CDC guidelines in effect at the time.
Entry, fees and packet pickup
Standard entry periods and fees are listed: Sept 1 - Nov 2 at $35 plus a $3 processing fee; Nov 3 - Nov 22 at $45 plus a $3 processing fee. The race fee is refundable if the race is cancelled; the $3 processing fee is non-refundable. Race day registration is available in person only for $50, payable by cash or check. Packet pickup is scheduled at the Elks Lodge on the day before the race and on race day at the venue. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
