Run for Wellness 5K

The Run for Wellness 5K is held annually at Blue Jacket Park in Orlando, Florida. This event features a fast, flat 3.1-mile course consisting of two loops—a large loop and a smaller loop inside it—with two water stops available. It promotes fitness and health awareness while supporting local causes, including the Volusia Giving Gardens, a student-led initiative focused on food equity and sustainability.

Participants receive an exclusive medal and tank top shirt. The event also includes a free Kids Fun Run for children aged seven and under, with age-group awards for top finishers.
