Run for Your Life 5K is scheduled for Friday, September 26, 2025, at the Bridgeton Municipal Athletic Complex (BMAC) on Taussig Road in Bridgeton, MO. The City of Bridgeton is hosting the event at the conclusion of the Bridgeton Fall Fest. The 5K course will include some spooky characters along the way. Headlamps are strongly recommended. Participants aged 21 and over receive a drink ticket on their race bibs for a post-race beverage.
Distances and logistics
- 5K: timed 5K run
- 1 Mile Walk: untimed 1 mile walk
- Kids Fun Run (~200 yards): untimed fun run, all fun runners receive a medal
Packet pickup is at the Bridgeton Rec-Center Lobby on Thursday, 9/25 from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm, and also available on race morning at the BMAC race site. Register by September 10 to guarantee shirt selection for 5K and 1 mile participants. Prices listed include mandatory charges: 5K $39.44, 1 Mile Walk $39.44, Kids Fun Run $7.34. Awards will be given to the top three male and female finishers overall and to the top three male and female finishers in each age group: 14 & under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, and 80 and over.
