Run Like Hell 5K

The race offers a long-sleeve t-shirt giveaway or the option to decline the giveaway for a lower entry cost. There are candy stops along the course; participants who plan to collect candy are asked to bring a bag. Cost information listed: $32 through the end of September and $35 during October. Registering by October 1 guarantees a longsleeve shirt size. There is a team option called the "6-pack" where six runners tie together; prizes include a $100 Johnny's gift card for the fastest team and a $100 Johnny's gift card for Best Dressed Team. Awards include top male and female in each age group (0-14, 15-19, and five-year groups from 20 through 75+) and 1st, 2nd, 3rd overall male and female. Packet pickup is Friday, October 24, 12:00 pm-6:00 pm at Rochester Running Company, and Saturday, October 25, 2:00 pm-2:45 pm at Johnny's Pub.
