Format, course, and on-site services
Participants can attempt the full 100 miles solo or complete the distance as a relay in teams of two to five. The course consists of five loops of 20 miles each inside Oak Mountain State Park. On-site programming includes recovery clinics, training sessions with coaches, stretching zones, and nutrition demonstrations. An infield area will host vendor activations, expert-led sessions, group clinics, and social spaces.
