Run, Paddle, Run Adventure Race

The Run, Paddle, Run Adventure Race takes place at Montgomery Whitewater in Montgomery, Alabama. This multi-discipline event features a 3-mile total run split into two 1.5-mile segments, with a 2,200-foot paddle through a low-flow whitewater creek channel using inflatable kayaks ("duckies"). Open to participants aged 13 and older, the race includes provided whitewater gear such as helmets, PFDs, and kayaks.

While the race is not officially timed, trophies are awarded to the top three male and female finishers, and all participants receive medals and race t-shirts (if registered early).
