Run Scared

Run Scared is an annual Halloween-themed running event held at Seward Park in Seattle, WA. Participants can choose from a 10K, 5K, or 2-mile run or walk, with a free kids dash also available. The event offers a festive atmosphere with a costume contest, treasure hunt, and Halloween treats.

Registration includes a long sleeve cotton race shirt, a surprise finisher's item, a sticker, and a pumpkin cookie. There is also a virtual option for remote participation. Proceeds benefit The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
