Run the Vineyards - "The 5K Waltz" is the 5th annual 5K run/walk on Saturday, May 9, 2026, in Manheim, PA at Waltz Vineyards Estate Winery, 1599 Old Line Road. The event is chip-timed with instant results. The course runs through the vineyard and offers mountain and valley views. Walkers and all ages are welcome; registration is required. The charity partner is the HEADstrong Foundation.
On-site amenities, awards and logistics
Entry price is listed as $44; price increases after October 31, 2025. Awards are given to the Top 3 overall and age group male and female winners (14 & under, 15-19, 20-29, and every 10 years thereafter). The event includes a complimentary glass of wine and a Run the Vineyards stemless wine glass. Custom race tees are included, with an optional upgrade to a women's racerback tank for an additional fee; souvenir finisher medals are optional for $8 during registration or $10 on race day. A food truck and live music are on site after the race. Packet pick-up is available on race day at the "Good Day for a Run" tent at the winery.
