Run to River Days 5K

Run to River Days 5K Run/Walk is Mt. Vernon, Indiana’s community race kicking off the annual River Days festival. The event offers a 5K Run/Walk, a 1.5-mile run/walk, and a Tots Race under a quarter mile, with youth categories.

The course winds around downtown Mount Vernon, inviting participants to enjoy the festival atmosphere after the run. Registration is at the Posey County Courthouse (300 Main Street). Late registration and packet pickup begin at 7 a.m.

Shirts are included for signups by August 11, 2025. Entry fees: $25 for the 5K, $15 for the 1.5 mile, tots race free. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
