Run to the Rock
The 30th Annual Run to the Rock is a USATF-sanctioned running event held in Marshfield, Massachusetts, starting and finishing at Furnace Brook Middle School. It offers three race distances: 5K, 10K, and a half marathon. The courses feature scenic routes through quiet neighborhoods and natural areas, including a flat 5K around the school, a 10K with gentle hills near Pine Street, and a half marathon extending into North Marshfield along the North River.
Hydration stations are placed approximately every two miles, with additional Gatorade stops on the half marathon. The event supports local Boys & Girls Clubs and provides medals for all finishers.
