Run Wild 5K

The Run Wild 5K & Kids Run is an annual event held in Houston, Texas, at 1141 Uptown Park Blvd. Scheduled for July 4, 2025, it features a 5K run/walk and a kids' run (~0.6 miles) for children aged 12 and under. The race benefits Special Olympics Texas and Girls on the Run Greater Houston.

Participants receive a custom bib, finisher medal, sunglasses, running socks, and a tech tank (male/female cut), with kids also getting a superhero cape and mask. The event offers chip timing, free finish line videos, snacks, and beverages. Parking is free at Uptown Park Plaza.
