Run with the Swarm 5K

The 2025 Run with the Swarm 5K takes place in Rochester, Minnesota, with start and finish at the Rochester Regional Stadium. The 5K course guides runners through highlights of the RCTC campus, city athletic fields, and nearby scenery, featuring hydration and EMS stations and on-course support to keep participants safe. The event, run in partnership with the Med City Marathon, offers separate options for Students and for Faculty, Staff, Alumni, and Community, each with shirt and goodie bag (some categories without shirt/bag).
