Run Young & Free 5K & 1K Fun Run : Hot Springs National Park
The event takes place on Saturday, November 22, 2025, at Majestic Ball Park, 109 W. Belding St., Hot Springs National Park, AR 71901. It is organized by All Children's Academy to promote health and wellness and to raise awareness for local businesses and non-profits. The race program includes in-person and virtual options and separate student events. Registration for paid in-person and virtual entries includes a t-shirt for the $30 fee; student events are listed at no cost. Entries are open to ages up to 100. Registration closes on November 22, 2025.

Course, awards and community prizes
The in-person races use the Hot Springs Greenway and Majestic Park fields. Participants start at the new Majestic Park fields, run along the Greenway, and conclude with a lap around Majestic Park near the Babe Ruth Field. The event features music, games, and activities for families and community outreach support.
Awards include medals for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place overall for male and female in the 5K and 1K, plus age-group medals for ranges from under 5 through 90+. There are 1st and 2nd place cash prizes for the community team with the largest number of participants, including virtual supporters. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
