Event overview
Runnin' for a Cause, Not from the Cops is a charity 5K event organized by the Nantucket Police Charitable Association in May 2026 on Nantucket, MA. The event offers both an in-person and a virtual 5K option. Funds raised go to local initiatives, including scholarships for graduating high school seniors and alumni, an annual Children’s Christmas Party, a Pink Patch project supporting a local fund, youth programs, and other community-based organizations. Prizes are awarded to the top three male and top three female finishers.
