The 13th Annual Running for the Bulls takes place on October 5, 2025, at Rio Vista Community Park in Peoria, Arizona. The event benefits AZK9 Rescue and offers in-person and virtual participation options.

Race details
The event is dog friendly and requires leashed pets. Dog-friendly features include doggy pools at each aid station. The course uses the New River Trail System with asphalt and concrete surfaces and starts and ends at Rio Vista Park on open-use trails. Chip timing is used, with real-time results and race photos available. All participants receive a custom finisher medal and a custom tech shirt. Age-group awards are given to the top three in each age group for the 10K and 5K (race day participants only). A virtual race option is offered; virtual participants (U.S. addresses only) receive medal and shirt by mail after the event. Packet pick-up is available the day before at a specified location and at the race venue on event day. Registration fees vary by date; advertised race-day registration fees are: 10K $50, 5K $40, 1.7 Mile $30. Wheelchairs, strollers, and wagons are allowed but must start at the back.
