About the race
Running of the Elves 5K in Key West is a festive, family-friendly event staged at the Coffee Butler Amphitheater. The 2nd annual race, held on December 20, 2025, offers multiple distance options: a 5K Run and 5K Walk, plus KIDS 5K, an untimed JINGLE BELL MILE, a KIDS JINGLE BELL MILE (untimed), and a free 5 & Under option. Attendees can expect a holiday atmosphere with costume contests, photos with Buddy the Elf, Christmas cookies and candy canes, and a festive Elf T-shirt and race medal.
