About the race
Running with Carly is the 2nd Annual memorial running event in Girard, Kansas, held at Girard City Park. The event features a 5k Run/Walk and a 1 Mile Run/Walk, inviting participants to celebrate Carly’s legacy and support mental and physical health. Proceeds benefit the Carly Carnes - A Different Type of Marathon Foundation, aiding cancer and addiction-related care and wellness initiatives in Crawford County.
Packet pickup is available Friday before or the morning of the race. Course maps are available online. Prizes include a pair of Brooks running shoes for the 5K overall winners, with age-group awards, and top finishers in the 1 Mile.
