Runtastic Frigid

The Runtastic FRIGID event features a 5K race and the adventurous Penguin Plunge, taking place at Utah Lake State Park. Participants can enjoy a scenic course along the Provo Delta River Trailhead, with stunning views of Utah Lake and the mountains. After completing the 5K, runners can take the plunge into the frigid waters for a unique challenge.

All participants receive race goodies, including a beanie, gloves, and a finisher medal. Additionally, a portion of the registration fees supports The Wolfpack Running Club.
