Runtastic Frigid

The Runtastic Frigid 5K and Penguin Plunge is an exhilarating winter event held at Utah Lake State Park. Participants can challenge themselves with a scenic 5K run along the Provo Delta River Trailhead, followed by the daring Penguin Plunge into the frigid waters of Utah Lake. This unique event encourages runners to embrace the cold while enjoying a festive atmosphere.

All participants receive a cozy beanie, gloves, and a finisher medal, with additional prizes for plunge participants.
