About the race
Rusty Fish Marathon is a mixed-surface running event held in Manistee, Michigan. Runners choose among three distances: a 62-mile Rusty Fish Metric (around 100 km self-supported), a 36-mile Rusty Fish Half Metric, and a 26.3-mile Rusty Fish Marathon. The course combines pavement, dirt roads, and sand and is clearly marked, with participants responsible for their own hydration and nutrition in this adventure-style format.
