Salute to Steve Prefontaine 5K

The Salute to Steve Prefontaine 5K and Mile is a running event held at Wallwood Boy Scout Reservation near Lake Talquin in Quincy, Florida. It features two races: a 5K and a 1-mile run/walk, both part of the Gulf Winds Track Club Grand Prix series. The 5K course offers a scenic and challenging route through a long-leaf pine forest, passing campsites, a rifle range, a camporee field, a fire ring, and a footbridge highlighting the Scout Law.
