Santa Barbara Half Marathon & 5K : November 9, 2025
The event takes place in Santa Barbara, CA on November 9, 2025 and marks the fifth anniversary of the race. It is part of Santa Barbara Run Week (November 3–8) and is paired with weekend activities including the Palm Park Festival (November 7–8) and the Funk Zone Finish Line Festival on race day. The event is organized by Run Local and partners include HOKA and UCLA Health.

Event features, support and fees
Registrations include race kits with a custom medal for Half Marathon, 5K and Kids participants, and a long sleeve tech tee for Half Marathon and 5K registrants. The course is a closed course with hydration and first aid stations. Half Marathon pace groups are provided. Division awards are given to podium finishers and half marathon age group winners. The finish area includes a festival with live music and beer available with a bib. Registration pricing listed on the event page shows the Half Marathon at $160.97 and the 5K at $70.08. All registration fees are non-refundable. The event reports community giving through the Santa Barbara Running Association, with over $130,000 moved to local organizations since 2021.
