Logistics and awards
Organizers provide several packet delivery options: early packet pick-up (coming soon), race day packet pick-up on site for $15.95, and packet shipping. Each participant is listed to receive a long sleeve shirt, a beanie, and a finisher medal. The official host hotel is TBD. Parking information is pending; the event encourages public transportation and carpooling.
Awards are given to the top three overall male and female finishers in both the 10K and 5K. Age group awards are presented to the first-place finisher in each 10-year age group for the 10K and 5K. Kids K participants do not receive place awards but do receive a finisher medal. Awards may be mailed for a $15.95 shipping fee. All awards must be claimed by December 31, 2025.
