Proceeds benefit St. Augustine Youth Services (SAYS). Race proceeds are used to provide experiences and support for youth served by the organization, including summer camps, school sports and outings, after school programs, school supplies, and food assistance. Packet pick-up is scheduled the day before the race at a location to be determined, and shirts and bibs can also be picked up on race day before the event. The race fee includes a choice of a Santa suit or a T-shirt, with Santa suits limited to the first 50 registrants, a finisher medal, awards for top finishers, photo opportunities, face painting, and other holiday activities. Race day parking is limited at the pier; additional public parking is noted at 16th Street, 10th Street, and 8th Street.
