Course, awards and registration
The 5K is an out-and-back course that starts at Roebling Park, includes a lap around town, goes out to the former Saxony Farms pastures and lake, and returns to finish at the park. The course is almost entirely paved with a short gravel section near the turnaround. The 1K completes one lap around town and finishes at the park; all 1K finishers receive a turkey trot ribbon.
Awards: trophies for the top three overall male and female; medals for the top three in each age group; trophies for winners in age groups 0-9, 10-14 and 15-19. Age groups listed are 0-9, 10-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69 and 70 & up. Top three teams receive awards; team score is based on the total time of the top three runners with no gender requirement.
Online registration closes at noon Friday 11/28. Packet pickup is Friday 11/28 at Speckled Hen Chocolate Company. In-person registration is available at packet pickup or the morning of the race; in-person payment is accepted by exact cash, check or Venmo only.
