The 17th Annual Saybrook Point 5k Road Race is scheduled for Saturday, August 22, 2026, in Old Saybrook, Connecticut. The race starts and finishes at Fort Saybrook Monument Park. The event is organized jointly by the Old Saybrook - Westbrook Exchange Club and the Greater Old Saybrook Chamber to raise funds for the Exchange Clubs A.C.E. (Accepting the Challenge of Excellence) Award and the Greater Old Saybrook Chamber C. Wilfred Hunter Memorial Scholarship for college-bound seniors from Old Saybrook and Westbrook High Schools.
Registration and race services
Registration is online only. The standard entry fee is $30, with a higher fee for day-of registration. Race packets can be picked up the day before at Marathon Sports in Old Saybrook and on race morning at the event. The event page lists sponsors and provides a race map and directions to Fort Saybrook Monument Park. A post-race survey is available to participants to collect feedback about their race experience.
