Event overview
The Eastern Dutchess Road Runners Club will hold the Schaghticoke 8.5 Miler on Sunday, November 9, 2025, at the Schaghticoke Tribal Nation Pavilion on Schaghticoke Road in Kent, CT 06757. The race distance is 8.5 miles and it has a 2.5-hour cutoff. The event is scheduled to take place rain or shine. Net proceeds from the race will benefit the Schaghticoke Tribal Nation Scholarship Fund. The field is capped at 100 participants.
Registration and logistics
Registration includes early and later fee tiers: early rates through October 26, 2025 are $30 for non-members and $25 for members; later rates are $35 for non-members and $30 for members. Registration closes on November 8, 2025 at 4:59 PM EST. There is no race day sign-up. Packet pickup is available beginning at 8:00 AM on race day. Awards are listed for overall Male, Female, and Non-Binary runners. Finisher medals are provided to participants who register before November 2, 2025.
