Semper Five

Semper Five is a seaside running event in Seaside Heights, New Jersey, produced by the Marine Raider Foundation. The weekend features a 5K Run/Walk and a 1-Mile Run/Walk on a certified course along the oceanfront boards, with both live and virtual participation options. The tenth anniversary edition honors Gold Star Families and service members who have lost their lives or been seriously injured, with proceeds supporting Marines, Sailors, and their families.
