ShamRock N Run - Waterloo

The ShamRock N Run is an annual 5k race held in downtown Waterloo, Iowa, coinciding with the Iowa Irish Fest, the Midwest's premier Irish festival. The event takes place near the corner of Park Ave. and Mulberry St., close to Main Gate 1 entrance.

Participants are encouraged to wear Irish-themed attire and enjoy a festive atmosphere. Each registrant receives a T-shirt, snacks, water, and free beer. While the 5k registration does not include a festival pass, participants aged 16 and older can purchase a discounted weekend pass.
