Sheboygan YMCA Freedom Run

The Sheboygan YMCA Freedom Run, in partnership with myTEAM TRIUMPH, is a community-focused running event that promotes inclusion and support for individuals with disabilities. Scheduled for July 4, 2025, the event features two main categories: the 5 Mile Angel, where able-bodied athletes assist those with disabilities, and the 5 Mile Captain, which is for athletes with disabilities. This event not only encourages physical activity but also fosters camaraderie and special moments among participants.
