The Sheppard Pratt Turkey Trot in Frederick takes place on Thursday, November 27, 2025, in Baker Park, Frederick, MD 21701. The event program includes the following distances:

Sheppard Pratt serves nearly 80,000 individuals in more than 160 programs in Maryland and through partnerships with hospitals and health systems nationwide. Services include inpatient and outpatient treatment, rehabilitation services, housing, education, and job training. Race registration supports those services.
Registration, logistics and awards
Race shirts are included for all 5K and 1K participants. 5K registration fee tiers are: August 1 – October 31: $35; November 1 – November 22: $40; November 23 – November 26: $45. 1K registration is $25 through November 26. Online registration closes November 25 at 11:59 p.m. ET; November 26 registration is on-site at packet pickup only. There will be no packet pickup or registration on race day.
Packet pickup is at Hampton Inn Frederick, 5311 Buckeystown Pike, Frederick, MD 21704, on Monday, November 24 (4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.), Tuesday, November 25 (4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.), and Wednesday, November 26 (10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.). Awards for the 5K include top overall male, female, and non-binary winners and top three male and female finishers in age groups from 9 & under through 70 and older.
