Shiner Beer Run : event details
The Shiner Beer Run takes place on November 22, 2025 in Shiner, Texas. It is the 14th annual edition and benefits the Boot Campaign; all proceeds are donated to support veterans and military families. The event includes these race options:
- Half Marathon
- 10K Run
- 5K Run A Partner Pass (21+) is listed separately and notes four complimentary Shiner beers plus a meal deal at the food tent. Race registration prices shown are $120 for the half, $90 for the 10K, $80 for the 5K, and $20 for the Partner Pass. The organizer states that all race distances are sold out and that there is no waitlist.
Awards for 2025 include Shiner steins for winners. Awards are given to top overall and top masters (by gun time) and to age groups in 12 divisions (by chip/bib time). The course description notes gently rolling hills, downtown streets, neighborhoods, Green-Dickson Park, countryside sections, and a section called the "Manure Mile." The cutoff date to guarantee a name on the bib and a participant t-shirt is October 22.

Event address: 603 East Brewery Street, Shiner, TX 77984. Parking is limited near the grounds; additional parking is available in the town square two blocks away. Packet pickup schedule:
- San Antonio: Nov 18 and Nov 19, 11:00 AM–6:00 PM
- Austin: Nov 20, 11:00 AM–6:00 PM
- Shiner: Nov 21, 12:00 PM–6:00 PM; race day pickup at the brewery yard
Post-race offerings include live music, beer and craft cocktails, food, and a brewery and distillery tour. Brewery tours run on a first-come, first-served basis starting at 10:30 AM, cost $10 per person, and are limited to 25 people per tour.
