Silver State 50/50
The Silver State 50/50 is a renowned endurance trail running event held annually at Rancho San Rafael Park in Reno, Nevada. Celebrating its 41st year for the 50-mile and 50-kilometer races and 18th for the trail half-marathon, it offers challenging courses featuring rugged terrain, significant elevation changes, and scenic views of the Sierra Nevada and Truckee Meadows. The 50-mile race includes a notable 7.1-mile loop called "Jimmy’s Loop" with about 9,000 feet of ascent/descent, while the 50K covers 31 miles with 5,500 feet of elevation change.
The half-marathon provides 13.1 miles of single-track trail with 1,800 feet of climbing.
