Siuslaw Dunes

The Siuslaw Dunes Trail Runs, hosted by Daybreak Racing, take place at historic Honeyman State Park near Florence, Oregon, within the Oregon Dunes National Recreation Area. This early-season event offers three challenging point-to-point races: a 50K, 20-mile, and 12K, each traversing diverse coastal terrain including ancient sand dunes with tree islands, old growth rainforest, stream crossings, and remote ocean beaches. The 50K features about 2,100 feet of ascent and descent, showcasing open dunes, forested single-track trails, and ocean views.

The 20-mile and 12K courses also provide scenic, demanding routes through dunes and forests. The race supports local high school cross country and track programs and includes full amenities such as aid stations, chip timing, and post-race celebrations.
