Skate4Grant's Grief Challenge Run

Skate4Grant's Grief Challenge Run 2025 is a meaningful running event held at Seven Sisters Prairie near Ashby, Minnesota. Participants can choose between a 5K or 5-mile course, both featuring scenic gravel country roads and challenging hills that symbolize the emotional journey of grief. The 5K includes 1.5 miles of hilly terrain, while the 5-mile route offers views of Lake Christina and 16 hills.

Runners honor loved ones by having their names or photos displayed along the route. The event supports healing and remembrance, with options to run in-person or virtually from any location.
