The Skunk Ape’s Revenge trail event is scheduled for February 14, 2026, at the Green Swamp - West Tract near 13347 Ranch Road, Dade City, FL, 33525. Distances offered:

- 30K Ruck
Finisher items include hats and stickers; additional merchandise such as shirts and hoodies is available through the event merch store. Awards are given to top overall finishers by gender. The event also hosts a pet food drive for Cindy’s Pets, a local charity that delivers pet food to seniors.
Course and logistics
The course uses a mix of terrain including pasture lanes, dirt roads, single-track sections on the Florida Trail, sugar sand, and fire berms. Course marking includes pink flagging and directional arrow signs; participants should follow the flagged route. Aid stations are placed every 3 to 5 miles and will carry items such as Bob’s Pickle Pops, soda, pickles, gummy bears or similar candy, chips, snacks, cookies, produce, powdered electrolyte mixes, band-aids, and women’s hygiene products.
The 30K Ruck has a weight requirement: 20 lb if the participant weighs under 150 lb, 30 lb if over 150 lb, and must be carried in a ruck sack only. One drop bag zone is located at the Berm Aid Station; drop bags must be labeled and will be returned to the start/finish after the aid station packs up. Camping is free at the Green Swamp with required reservations and standard campsite amenities. Crew and vehicle access to aid stations by vehicle is not permitted.
