Sky Trail Adventure Challenge
The Sky Trail Adventure Challenge, held in Pawhuska, Oklahoma, is a unique multi-discipline event starting at Osage Hills State Park. Participants run 2.3 miles to Scout Camp McClintock, then ascend a 24-foot climbing tower and zipline across Sand Creek. The course continues with a 0.5-mile run, including crossing a suspension bridge, followed by a 0.75-mile kayak segment on the creek.
The race concludes with a 2.6-mile run back to the park. Open to adults 18 and over, the event emphasizes safety with certified volunteers and limits entries for an enjoyable experience. Entry includes a native plant, and finishers receive brandable Scout-themed medals. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
